On the 28 th of June 2009 when the Youth day is celebrated in Ukraine Izmail Life Care Center started a new tradition in the city. From now on the Festival “White Ribbon” is going to be held this day. It is held in the memory of the children who were not born because of the abortion.

In a beautiful city park many people got together to take part in the Festival. The people were attracted by the instrumental music and photo exhibition.

During the evening the participants found out the information about the local statistics on STDs, abortions, answered the questions “What I know about the STDs”.

The children of different age took part in the games and the winners were awarded with prices.
At the end of the evening white balloons in the remembrance of the unborn children were let go in the sky.
The members of the City Counsel and Mayer were present during the festival.
