Children in Izmail boarding school for abandoned children stay there only before the end of the 9th grade, and then they should make the decisions independently in a life about which they know only by hearsay. For this reason on July, 12th, 2011 Izmail Life Care Center conducted interactive conversation on a theme of abortions, their reasons, consequences, and, that by the most important, their alternatives for the girls of 8-9th forms. The main question that had to be answered as a result of conversation was: "Human life: how valuable is it?" The answer was not demanded for everybody to hear, but everyone had to answer it for himself, and make a firm decision in advance.

In a step or two before that really independent life starts the pupils of a boarding school had an opportunity to get absolutely new (as we have found out ) knowledge, needed to think of the most important questions in our life. During the conversation, lead by the volunteer of Izmail Life Care Center, girls asked the questions actively, with much interest, took part in the discussion (in which also tutors on duty and students-probationers took part), with undisguised joy held models of fetus in a womb and with horror looked at slides about consequences of abortions. At the end of conversation the children's eyes were thoughtful and intelligent, they have seriously reflected on everything heard and seen, and, it means, - the purpose had been reached, because the main thing is not to convince the child in something indisputable, but to bring it to the independent thoughtful conclusion and personal decision.

Lack of information as result of the limited interaction with an external world is one of the basic problems of children deprived of parental care who stay in educational institutions of closed types, in particular Izmail boarding school. These children usually don't have basic knowledge about real life, which usually results in sad or even tragic consequences in future. There are a lot of vital themes to talk about, but for teenage girls and especially those who live in boarding schools, there is one topic, they need to know about and that is value of human life. Without understanding why the life is valuable abortion in future, unfortunately, can seem to be the only way out.
