On a wonderful September day 8 volunteers of Izmail Life Care Center spent an unforgettable time together on the bank of a picturesque lake not far from Izmail. The retreat lasted two days. During that time we had barbeque, listened and discussed the sermon about the role of the woman in the family and society, laughed a lot.

The second day started with prayer and reflection on the chapter of Max Lucado’s book “Love that is worth giving”. We spent time getting to know each other, answering funny questions. After lunch we trained two more volunteers in the program “You are Unique”. They will join us in our work at schools and counseling people.
We had a craft lesson where we made unforgettable things for ourselves from glass beads. It was a lot of fun and careful work. Those days and nature were marvelous; we all enjoyed the time of being together.
